  • Nina probably knows all the nice secret spots in Madeira, from beautiful coastal hikes to waterfalls and levadas. If you're allergic to tourist crowds, ask her to lead the way. However, be prepared to encounter wilderness and adventures; it's a hike, not a photoshoot:) So if you're curious, fit, and energetic, you should like what she has prepared

  • Spent a month here. The rooftop has an incredible panorama view of the city, and the price is a lot more friendlier than other colivings in town. The host Nina always tries her best to accommodate the specific needs. Good find in Funchal.

  • I was lucky to book a room for 2 weeks in the Luzia house. The house is sooo cozy, bright, warm, modern, tasty furnished. The terrace has a stunning view, city center and supermarkets are only 12-15 minutes away (walking distance). The way back will replace your workout at the gym 😀 Nina is great host, she really cares about the details + she recommended me cool places in the city. I was enjoying every day in Luzia house! 😍

  • Living at this Coliving felt beautifully easy and real — it’s a space where community flows naturally, with plenty of room for both connection and solitude. The house itself is modern, super clean (thanks to regular cleaning crews), and the kitchen’s a dream for shared meals — though nearby restaurants are a delicious backup. What really made it special, though? The people. From warm-hearted host to the mix of inspiring international guests, the House attracts souls who value freedom, growth, and meaningful connection. There’s no fixed agenda — you’re free to be, do, suggest, or simply rest. And with Madeira’s vibrant expat community and all the spontaneous adventures, serves not just as accommodation but as a nurturing environment for personal evolution and spontaneous adventures, the Coliving serves not just as accommodation but as a nurturing environment for personal evolution and spontaneous adventures.

  • Super co-living location on Madeira. Thinking already about going again!

  • The Luzia house is very beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with stunning views over the city and sea. It has so many amenities and little details that make it feel special. Every room is cozy, bright, and great to work at (fast Wi-Fi, monitors and ergonomic chairs all around 😁). The atmosphere is serene and peaceful, but it's still close to the city centre. Highly recommend!

  • Great spot with a beautiful view near Funchal central. The rooms were comfortable. Washing machine was a huge plus! Would stay here again.

  • The coliving experience was absolutely awesome! The house has 3 floors and it has a special homey character. The other nomads were really lovely and it quickly felt like I'd known them for a long time. Every day was different and exciting, we got to experience so many things together. Can't wait to rejoin the crew when I'm back on the island!

  • I had a truly wonderful stay at Luzia House. The property is beautifully renovated with a modern design. The house is flooded with natural sunlight throughout the day and the kitchen is well equipped. A bonus is that every room has a dedicated workspace, which is super convenient for remote work. One of my favorite parts was enjoying breakfast in the morning sun and dinners on the balcony overlooking the stunning view of Funchal. The location is ideal only a short walk to many cafes, and restaurants. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and beatiful home in Madeira.
